With soccer growing throughout our country each and every day, there is no better time or place to be a part of the World’s number one sport. The Greenville/Spartanburg area is greatly becoming a soccer hotbed in this country.  The premier amateur soccer team, Performance FC (Greenville) is determined to take soccer to the next level, giving all soccer fans young and old and of all playing levels, something to aspire to.

Performance FC (Greenville) is a newly formed Christian-based team playing in the PASL (Premier Arena Soccer League) as well as the NPSL (National Premier Soccer League).  Now in its 9th year, the PASL is the largest national indoor/arena soccer league in the country.  The PASL is currently expecting over 60 teams in 10 regions across the USA, Canada, and Mexico in its upcoming 2007/2008 winter season.  The PASL is an affiliated member of the United States Soccer Federation through USASA and home to current and future stars of the game.  The PASL is an Official Affiliate League of Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL).

PASL teams are strategically located throughout North America, including Canada & Mexico, and offer a community-centered, accessible and affordable family entertainment experience for both families and businesses.

Performance FC (Greenville) plays an 8-game regular season schedule from December through March.  The team will also play in the NPSL that runs from May thru September.

In 2008, there will be 35 teams in the NPSL with the addition of the 5 new teams in the Southeast region and 7 new teams in the Northeast region.  The Southeast region includes teams in Mobile, Birmingham, Atlanta, Greenville (SC) and Charlotte (NC).  The teams are comprised of players who play at the highest levels of soccer available to men.   This highly competitive league helps all the teams gain access to elite players to fill their team roster, including but not limited to National Team, former and current University and College, foreign, amateur, former professional and youth players.

We look forward to Performance FC (Greenville) working with the soccer programs at regional colleges and clubs by allowing the players to participate in a league simulating a professional atmosphere.

The Performance FC Men’s Premier team is also committed to supporting the Upstate Area’s Community through our Performance FC Youth Outreach program.  We will offer free clinics to local youth, speed/soccer camps, a youth training academy and other community outreach projects.
